Bronwyn studied Home Science at Otago University
followed by a post graduate Diploma in Dietetics.
She worked as a dietitian in various Auckland hospitals,
followed by 5 years at Fisher and Paykel and several years at Nestle NZ.
Bronwyn has been food styling full time for the past 8 years,
working with clients such as Tegel, McDonalds, Regal Salmon,
Fonterra, Healtheries, Cerebos Greggs and Heinz Watties,
as well as for several Televison Production companies.
She also works as a consultant to food manufacturers –
in the areas of new product development and recipe development.
